1. Reservation request
A request through the website is not yet a final reservation. The booking begins only after availability, price and terms have been confirmed in writing.
2. Rental period and occupancy
The usual minimum stay is six nights, or seven days. The house accommodates up to six registered guests. Subletting and additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior consent.
3. Price
One price for six nights and seven days applies during the stated rental season. Longer stays are calculated proportionally at the same rate. Cleaning, normal energy use, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included unless confirmed otherwise.
4. Use of the house
Guests must treat the house, contents, neighbours and surroundings with care. Smoking indoors, parties and activities causing nuisance or damage are not permitted.
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times, key handover, route and contact information are shared after confirmation.
6. Damage and faults
Damage, loss or technical faults must be reported as soon as possible. Guests are liable for damage caused by careless or improper use.
7. Payment and cancellation
Full payment must be received within 14 days of booking confirmation. If payment is not received on time, the reservation automatically lapses. Any deposit and cancellation conditions are stated in the written confirmation.
