What data do we collect?
For a reservation request we ask for your name, email address, optional phone number, travel dates, number of guests and any comments. We do not request passport copies or payment card details through this website.
Why do we use this data?
To check availability, answer questions, prepare a reservation and provide the communication needed for your stay.
Reservation requests
A request contains the chosen dates, name, email address, optional phone number, number of guests and message. It is stored in the reservation database solely to assess the request and contact you about it.
Retention
Rejected requests are deleted when no longer needed. Confirmed booking data is kept for the stay, administration and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Security and service providers
Data is encrypted in transit and shared only with providers needed for reservation management, email, payment or legal obligations. They may not use it for their own purposes.
Cookies and language choice
The site uses no advertising cookies. One necessary preference cookie remembers your chosen language. Cloudflare's country code is used only to select Dutch, English or Italian on your first visit; no precise location is stored.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data through the reservation form or the contact address in our booking communication, subject to legal retention duties.
